ECHĔPHRON, ŏnis, ( Tab. XVII.) des Herkules Sohn, welchen er, nebst dem Promachus, mit der Psophis, einer Frauensperson, in Sicilien zeugete. Sie gaben hernach der Stadt Phegeä von dieser ihrer Mutter den Namen Psophis, und hatten mit der Zeit hieselbst beyde ihre schönen Heldengrabmaale. Pausan. Arcad. c. 24. p. 492.
